ACTIVITIES:

 

Dragon Boating: Paddling is a great team sport. It's easy, great fun and requires no specific skills. Wallis Spirit Dragons paddles at Coomba Park on weekdays and weekends. New members (male and female over 12 years) are always welcome. You can 'Try before you Buy', with up to 3 sessions and equipment supplied. Essence: Stress less, Stretch more, Calm the mind. This is an amazing class consisting of Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates, training in balance, flexibility, strength, core work, meditation and relaxation. Duration - 1 hour of 'YOU' time! work as easy or as hard as you like, the class is very individual, takre from it what makes you feel good. "Since I discovered ESSENCE I have noticed many changes within myself, life changing & powerful. I would LOVE to share it." Class will leave you feeling centered, calm, stretched and relaxed. Classes Wed 6pm and Fri 8.45am at the Pacific Palms Community Hall, or by request for groups of 6 or more. $10 per class. Bring a drink bottle and yoga mat (if possible). Zumba for Kids: Awesome fitness for kids! Learn new moves and rhythms......gain self-confidence and self-esteem......and have loads of fun! Classes held at pacific Palms Community Hall with Rachel Dickey. Ages 3-6 yrs - 30 minute class Wed at 4pm, Ages 7-11 yrs - 45 minute class Wed at 4.50pm.
